Within shouting distance of I-40 and the busiest intersection in the county, John Nail sees possibility. He has a plot of land and a plan, just like when he began developing neighborhoods in the Oklahoma City area more than 20 years ago. This time, he envisions the top destination in the western metro—a place with your favorite restaurants and shops you can’t wait to visit again, a place to spend the afternoon and meet friends for the evening.
With detailed plans in hand, John came to Hester Designs for branding that would help sell his idea of an upscale retail and dining center in Yukon, Oklahoma, to potential tenants. He would call the center The Plaza at Stone Mill, complementing the old world neighborhoods he built nearby. Drawing inspiration from idyllic, countryside mill wheels, we crafted a logo that’s classic yet new, upscale and welcoming. The purple color scheme is going places—it’s diverse, dynamic and now, just like The Plaza.
We also had the chance to develop a presentation folder and brochure to let potential tenants know what The Plaza is all about and leave a lasting impression.
