Before You Request Support
There are a few things you can try before you request support. These can help you save money and may fix your problem. The suggestions below will help determine whether the problem is with your computer or internet service, or the actual web site;
- Restart your computer. Completely turn it off, and start over to see if the problem remains.
- Refresh the web page, and or clear your web browsers “cache” memory.
- Make sure your computer and your web browser are up-to-date with the latest versions.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure you actually DO have a connection to the internet.
- Test the problem. Ask a friend to walk through the same experience to see if they have the same problem.
- WordPress site? Make sure everything is up-to-date, and the site is backed up before we begin.
Tech Support Cost & Availability
Technical support is available for your WordPress Web Site, your Hester Designs Hosting or e-Mail accounts. Technical support fees are $150 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Support tickets are answered in the order we receive them, during normal business hours. Any client with an overdue outstanding balance is not eligible for this service, and must call our offices to make payment arrangements.
