Hester Designs created a logo that is classic yet new, upscale and welcoming for an upscale retail and dining center in Yukon, Oklahoma.

The Plaza in Yukon, Oklahoma, is an upscale retail and dining center that offers a unique blend of modern sophistication and classic charm. Developed by John Nail, The Plaza is designed to complement the nearby old-world neighborhoods, creating a cohesive and inviting environment for residents and visitors. The center is a destination for high-end shopping and dining, providing an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Hester Designs was tasked with developing a logo that captures the essence of The Plaza in Yukon. Drawing inspiration from country mill wheels, the logo reflects the classic yet new aesthetic of the center, aligning with the traditional architectural style of the surrounding neighborhoods. The design is upscale and welcoming, encapsulating the spirit of The Plaza and its commitment to providing a high-quality retail and dining experience.

The branding for The Plaza needed to convey sophistication and elegance while remaining approachable. Our design team crafted a look that balances these elements, ensuring that the identity resonates with both upscale shoppers and diners. The color palette, typography, and visual elements were chosen to reflect the refined yet accessible nature of The Plaza, making it a desirable destination for a diverse audience.

To aid in recruiting potential tenants, a sophisticated presentation folder was created with a bound-in brochure. This collateral is designed to make a strong first impression, showcasing the benefits and opportunities available at The Plaza.

 The overall design of the folder and brochure is elegant and polished, featuring high-quality materials and finishes. The cover of the folder prominently displays the logo, setting the tone for the professional and upscale nature of The Plaza.

The folder includes custom pockets that follow the curved lines present throughout The Plaza’s brand identity. These pockets are not only functional but also add a touch of sophistication to the presentation materials, reinforcing the cohesive and stylish branding.

The bound-in brochure provides detailed information about The Plaza, including its features, amenities, and benefits for potential tenants.
